Ervè Bukasa

Ervè Bukasa, fondly known as EB the Kid, is a digital creator, YouTuber, podcaster, entertainer and cultural voice whose work spans comedy, social commentary and long-form storytelling.

Ervè first began creating content with friends in Cape Town, armed with little more than a camera and microphone, walking city streets and engaging with everyday life as a form of expression and personality casting. His content blends comedy sketches, POVs, vlogs and social commentary. Beyond short-form video, he’s built a strong presence on YouTube with his podcast series “The Kid Show”, which has featured guests ranging from creators like Nadia Jaftha to public figures including the Mayor of Cape Town and the late artist Costa Titch, showcasing his ability to blend entertainment with authentic conversation.

He credits his success to focusing on content that feels real and enjoyable while exploring social themes with humour and heart, and he highlights that treating content creation with discipline and intentionality is key to longevity.

In addition to digital content, Ervè has taken up roles at events geared toward youth and culture, such as being appointed Daisies Captain for Rocking the Daisies festival’s 20th anniversary celebration, where he guides fans through experiential storytelling and festival culture from behind the scenes and on camera.
